The basics are that Melissa Berry and her (now ex-) boyfriend had a falling out and she's suing him. Berry is suing him because he's releaased pictures of Melissa wearing a little less than she nromally does when, umm, playing football. If, as I hope I have, I've got it right that the Lingerie Football League is one where people looking like Melissa Berry play football in their lingerie. I have got that right, haven't I?

A lingerie football league player is suing her ex-lover after he allegedly posted nude pictures of her on the Internet and emailed them to her mother.

Melissa Berry, a 24-year-old rookie linebacker with the Tampa Breeze franchise of the Lingerie Football League, is seeking $15,000 in unspecified damages from her ex-boyfriend Mark Dawson, a 45-year-old safe dating expert, whom she dated earlier this fall.

According to Berry’s lawsuit against Dawson, she took nude photographs of herself with his cell phone. Another photo of her engaged in a “particularly private, intimate sexual act,” was also allegedly taken without her permission, the Tampa Tribune said.

As the story goes, Dawson tooks the photos, Melissa Berry then demanded the phone which they were on, took it and destroyed it. Unbeknown to Berry, Dawson had downloaded the pics and when he started to ask that she pay for the broken phone....and Ms. Berry refused, then the pictures started to turn up on MySpace and other places.

Since the controversial photo shoot of Miley Cyrus above with a bed sheet, the news is that Disney is going to dump her. This may be true according to this news report. They, Disney is planning to replace her with a less well known actress named Selena Gomez (picture below).

Executives at the company that produces the Hannah Montana television show are eyeing less er-known Selena Gomez to step into the whole someness gap created by Miley Cyrus' photographic escapades with Vanity Fair's Annie Leibovitz, E! Online has reported.

The New York Post said that like Cyrus, Gomez is 15, has dark hair and innocent good looks.

"I'm told Disney executives are so worried about Cyrus' recent controversies that, more than ever, they want to make Gomez an even bigger star," wrote E! columnist Mark Malkin.

Surprisingly a man claimed he was assaulted by singer Amy Winehouse famous for the following songs hits such as "Rehab" and "You Know I'm No Good".



Police will further investigate the case.Well one thing, I am not feeling sorry for the assaulted victim and the real victim is Amy herself. Can this be a case of someone exploiting a situation involving a celebrity?

Singer Amy Winehouse is due to report at a London police station shortly to be questioned over an alleged assault.

The 24-year-old's spokesman said the star would speak to officers "voluntarily" about an alleged incident in north London on Wednesday.

Police have confirmed a 38-year-old man claimed he was assaulted by a woman aged 24 in the Chalk Farm area.

However, a Scotland Yard spokesman would not elaborate on who would be questioned during the police inquiry.

Pop star and actress Jennifer Lopez has given birth to twins, a boy and a girl. A spokesman for the American star and her singer husband, Marc Anthony, told People magazine that the babies were born in Long Island, New York and that their parents are incredible “thrilled”.

The girl was born at 12:12am and weighed 5lbs 7oz, with the boy following at 12.23am, weighing 6lbs. Lopez’s manager Simon Fields told People: "Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled and over the moon."



The couple and the twins are Lopez’s first children.

The couple will reportedly receive $6 million from People for the first pictures of the twins. The magazine will publish the shots in America and Latin America while OK! Magazine is understood to have bought the international rights.

Despite widespread speculation, Lopez refused to confirm her pregnancy until November, when she announced she was expecting during a Miami concert.

The singer, of Puerto Rican descent, married Anthony, also Puerto Rican, in 2004, five months after ending her engagement to Hollywood actor Ben Affleck. She had previously wed waiter Ojani Noa in 1997, and dancer Cris Judd in 2001.

Can't they the authority relax on this, can't they see that it's a mother's love for her children that she found the visitation is just too short to be of any meaning. Britney's boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James are such adorable children and surely it is heart breaking at the end of each allocated visitation.

According to reports by Reuters and quoting a part of the report

"... Television reports showed Spears, 26, being taken out of her home on a gurney early on Friday and driven to Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre in an ambulance.

Earlier, Los Angeles police spokesman Jason Lee said Spears was under the influence of an unknown substance and was being detained and evaluated in the hospital. Mr Lee said no injuries were reported.

According to celebrity news websites, Spears locked herself in a room with one of her children and went into hysterics when aides of Federline arrived to pick up sons Sean Preston, 2 and Jayden James, 1, from a court-authorised visit.

TMZ.com said Spears was expected to remain hospitalised under evaluation for her mental state for at least 48 hours.

Us magazine, citing a hospital source, said Spears had been designated a "special needs" patient and was under constant watch.

Another source told the magazine that in the ambulance Spears had to be restrained like a mental patient and that she "was going between laughing and hysterics."

Cedars-Sinai declined to comment, citing patient confidentiality..."

Hey people can't you see that's Britney's reaction this is a normal reaction , it's mother instinct protecting her children. And if what is stated in celebritybabylon.com , that Kevin Federline may be smoking pot around the boys than Britney's has every right to defend and protect her kids. And this may be what she did on that visitation day. So she can't be under any drug influence or the influence of any unknown substance. It is just plain mother instinct and every great mums have it.

LOS ANGELES — Britney Spears on Saturday was released from the hospital after a custody standoff that ended with the singer being taken from her home in an ambulance, TMZ.com reported.

A court commissioner on Friday gave ex-husband Kevin Federline sole physical and legal custody of 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James and suspended Spears' visitation rights after a bizarre hourslong standoff that brought police to her California house.

Commissioner Scott Gordon's ruling came a day after Spears was hauled away from her home by paramedics after police had to intervene when she refused to return the children to Federline after a court-monitored visit.

Gordon ordered another hearing to be held Jan. 14.
